Work in GCC provides career coaching, job-search guidance, and digital resources for professionals seeking employment opportunities in the Gulf region (GCC countries). Our Services are operated only online.

2. Services Provided

Our Services include:

• Digital products: downloadable resources such as eBook, CV templates, interview guides, and application roadmaps etc.

• Consultation services: personal 1:1 guidance sessions booked through our website.

Descriptions of each product or service are provided on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.

3. No Guarantee of Employment — Disclaimer

Work in GCC provides career coaching, guidance, and digital resources. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interviews, or job offers. Success depends on multiple factors outside our control, including employer decisions, market conditions, individual qualifications, and the effort applied by the client.

Our Services are advisory and educational in nature. Any examples, statistics, or testimonials presented on our website are illustrative and do not constitute a promise of similar results.

We are not a recruitment agency, licensed immigration adviser, or legal adviser. Nothing in our Services constitutes legal, immigration, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying visa requirements, employment regulations, and other legal matters with the relevant authorities or qualified professionals.

4. License and Permitted Use of Digital Products

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our digital products for your own individual job-search purposes only.

5. Consultations: Booking, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

• Consultation sessions must be booked through our website or with customer service.

• You may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend a booked session ("no-show"), will result in the session being forfeited without refund.

• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances on our side; in such cases you will be offered a new time at no additional cost.

6. Payments

• All prices are stated on the website at the time of purchase and may be listed in USD, EUR, or AED.

• Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store your card details.

• You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or local taxes that may apply to your purchase.

7. Refunds

All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy (see below), which forms part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Work in GCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment opportunities, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

• We are not responsible for decisions made by employers, recruiters, immigration authorities, or any other third parties.

• We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website, errors caused by third-party platforms (including systeme.io, Stripe, or PayPal), or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered/downloaded.

EU/EEA consumers right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate access/delivery, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer law. This consent is collected at checkout.

2. Consultation Services

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

• Booked sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, result in the session being forfeited without refund.

• If we cancel a session and cannot offer you a reasonable alternative time, you will receive a full refund for that session.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy are granted only at our sole discretion, or where required by mandatory applicable law.
